2. 3 Years post qualification experience in Personnel Managementin a reputed organization.

3. Deputy Finance Manager
1 B.Com with CA inter or ICWA Inter with 3 years post qualification
experience in the Finance wing of a reputed organization.

4. Works Manager

5. Plant Engineer (Mechanical)

2 Years experience in a supervisory cadre in Rubberized Coir /Rubber Processing Industry.

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognized by any University in Kerala.
2. 5 Years experience in a supervisory cadre in Rubberized Coir/Rubber Processing Industry.

6. Plant Engineer (Electrical)
Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by any University in Kerala.

7. Quality Control Officer
Degree in Coir Technology.
Or
Degree in any discipline and advance training course from Coir Board.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in any manufacturing concern. To be familiar with quality certification and testing and approval processes.
