Job Details - The incumbent shall be responsible for round the clock operations of the plant, DCS operations, permit to work system, field operations, executing operational jobs as per SoPs, process control, optimizing consumption of raw materials and energy requirement, maintaining plant as per standard operating conditions, timely reporting to abnormality to shift in charge/higher-up, maintaining log-sheets, comprehend changes or emerging needs, develop process improvements, guide and supervise field operators for safe operations and maximizing productivity, evaluate process metrics to develop understanding of trends in productivity, trouble shooting, effective liaisoning with other departments, executing start-up, shutdown/turnaround, etc.
Qualification
Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering with hands on experience in petrochemicals/Chemicals/Hydrocarbon Industries, etc. for a large organisation of repute. Experience in DCS operations in Cracker plant will be preferred. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and pre-commissioning/commissioning/start-up, shutdown experience in the above relevant area will be given preference.
2. Polymer Operations - 07

Experience in DCS operations in Polymer plant will be preferred. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and pre-commissioning/commissioning/start-up, shutdown experience in the above relevant area will be given preference.
3. U & O Operations 05
Job Details - The incumbent shall be responsible for safe and round the clock operation of Utilities and Offsite (DM water, Nitrogen, compressed Air, raw water, cooling towers, Primary/Secondary/Tertiary treatment – HRSCC, UF/RO, Sludge Handling etc.) plant, monitor process on an hourly basis to ensure process norms are maintained as per plan, direct the supervision of all process personnel to ensure the highest level of productivity, safety, evaluate process metrics to develop understanding of trends in productivity, comprehend changes or emerging needs, develop process improvements, trouble shooting, conduct test work to determine degree of control over process variables to evaluate results & improve process mechanisms if required – with approvals, liaise with user departments to coordinate the supply process and specifications , etc.
Qualification

Job Details - The incumbent shall be responsible for executing and supervising Mechanical Maintenance job and ensuring timey completion and quality execution as per plan, mobilize resources for day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities, maintenance of rotary equipment, assist respective Manager in Spares identification for procurement and root cause analysis, collate discipline data for performance monitoring and reporting, participate in reliability & integrity studies as identified , implementation of recommendations, design modification, identify & interact with Workshop for repair activities, maintain integrity of maintenance SAP-PM and SAP-MM data, supervise and mobilize resources for shut down jobs as per plan, preparation of maintenance KPIs of Mechanical, Timely adherence to audit schedules, ability to minimize production/ quality loss in event of unplanned failure, maintaining IMS documents for Mechanical maintenance, insure HSEF compliance, etc.
Qualification
Bachelor Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience in relevant field. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in petrochemicals/Chemicals/Hydrocarbon Industries, etc. for a large organization of repute will be given preference.
5. Instrumentation Maint 01
Job Details - The incumbent shall be responsible for for executing and supervising Instrumentation Maintenance job and ensuring timey completion and quality execution as per plan, mobilize resources for day-to-day Instrumentation maintenance activities, instrumentation type selection, instrumentation maintenance tasks of DCS ,PLC, Analysers & Field Instrumentation etc. review maintenance activities, and prioritize critical jobs, carry out scheduled and chance based maintenance of instrumentation equipment, ensure compliance to standards, procedures and best practices, conduct regular Troubleshooting and root cause analysis, assist Manager in spares inventory management to maintain stock levels, participate in Reliability & Integrity studies as identified, conduct obsolescence management, collate data for performance monitoring and reporting, working knowledge of PM SAP module, maintaining IMS documents for Instrumentation Maintenance, etc.
Qualification
Bachelor Engineering degree in Instrumentation Engineering/Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering with hands on experience in instrumentation maintenance. 6. Electrical Maint 01
Job Details - The incumbent shall be responsible for executing and supervising Electrical Maintenance job and ensuring timey completion and quality execution as per plan, mobilize resources for day-to-day Electrical maintenance activities, assist respective Manager in Spares identification for procurement and root cause analysis, collate discipline data for performance monitoring and reporting, participate in reliability & integrity studies as identified, meeting regulatory norms, Distributed Control Systems, experience in routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of HV/LV transformers, breakers, switch gears, generators, protection devices, VFDs, motors, DC system etc., experience in review of Dissolved Gas Analysis and transformer oil analysis reports, Experience in criticality assessment for electrical field equipment, inspection data review, analysis and test interval optimization for all the electrical field equipment, experience in Energy Management system, Obsolescence management for electrical equipment, working knowledge on SAP PM module, good understanding of International standards such as IEC, IEEE etc.

Job Details - The incumbent shall be responsible to manage fire protection system effectively, Fire related risk assessment and implement mitigation plan, lead Fire team during Fire hazards, upkeep of fire protection & fire alarm systems, knowledge of Fire prevention & protection system related codes/standards, conduct fire-fighting training and mock drills, emergency preparedness, Inspection and timely reporting of hazardous incidents, ensure timely compliances, assist In-charge Fire in day to day activities, etc.
Desired Qualification & Experience:

8. CTS 02
Job Details - The incumbent shall be responsible Central Technical Services for trouble shooting and developing required CAPA, date to day monitoring of the plant performance, make necessary investigation of process upset, lead for energy conservation and benchmarking of energy requirement, chemical consumption in operating units, review and analysis of hydrocarbon losses from operating plant, optimization of catalyst consumption, calculation of machine efficiency, calculation of opportunity loss, root cause analysis, technical support for de-bottlenecking, capacity expansion, simulation trails, coordination with research team for development of new grades, review and evaluation of process change and up gradation, etc.
Desired Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering/Polymer Technology with hands on experience in Technical Services for a large organisation of repute, preferably in petrochemicals/Chemicals/Hydrocarbon Industries. Job Details - The incumbent shall be responsible for plant accounting, vendor payments, Monthly Closure of Accounts in SAP environment, Internal statutory and C&AG Audits, Knowledge of Ind AS, Taxation - both direct and indirect with knowledge of SEZ Rules, Financial concurrence of Procurement proposals, Gratuity Trust Accounting, costing and budgeting, Product Costing, Cost Control, Variance Analysis, Forecasting, Auditing, insurance and risk management, etc.
Desired Qualification & Experience:
CA / ICWA with hands on experience in covering plant and corporate accounting, Costing & Budgeting, taxation, audits, insurance and risk management, etc. for a large organisation of repute. Job Details - The incumbent shall lead the entire Information Technology department of the company and shall be responsible for implementing cost effective competitive edge IT technology and systems to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits, design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience, purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers, oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance, direct and organize IT-related projects, monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage, Align company practices with best practices through IT enabled solutions to get maximum benefits, and work towards business process re-engineering, implementation of full-fledged ERP solutions, viz, MM, SRM, FICO, TM, CRM, WI, PM, HR, QA Modules, introducing High end IT security system, creating robust IT infrastructure, Server, hardware & networking, bandwidth, intranet, wireless operations, IT surveillance, data center operations etc.
Qualification
Bachelor Engineering degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Telecommunications/MCA from a reputed Institute with experience in ERP & IT infrastructure, server, database management, website, various communication systems. Candidates holding ITIL Master Level Certification or any other relevant certification in IT Service Management (ITSM) will have an added advantage. 11. SAP 02
SAP PP (Production Planning ) / PM (Plant Maintenance)
Experience and Skills : Minimum 9 years of experience with at least preceding 5 years in SAP PP/QM/PM. Minimum 3 Full SAP Project Lifecycles of work experience for a large organisation of repute, preferably in petrochemicals or Hydrocarbon Industry.
The incumbent should have strong skills in the area of PP/PM. PP Skills: Experience in production planning processes including Discrete, Repetitive and PP- PI , handling Unit , batch management , serial number management. Experience in QM processes like incoming, in process and outgoing. Experience in Plant Maintenance processes including Corrective Maintenance Process, Preventive Maintenance Process, Refurbishment Process , External Service Management Process, Calibration Process.
Must have strong SAP PP/PM configuration skills and a broad understanding of SAP standards and best practices. Experience in understanding of the CO will also be required. Process Integration with MM, SD and PP. Understanding of how to enhance standard SAP PP / PM functionalities, Excellent Communication and presentation skills, etc.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Candidates having First Class degree and Certification of SAP in PP/PM/QM will have an added advantage.
SAP MM (Materials Management)
Experience and Skills : Minimum 6 years of experience with at least preceding 3 years in SAP-MM. Minimum 2 Full SAP Project Lifecycles of work experience for a large organisation of repute, preferably in petrochemicals or Hydrocarbon Industry.
The incumbent should have strong skills in the area of MM skills such as Quotation, Contracts, Purchase orders Scheduling Agreements, Imports , Intercompany Stock Transport Order, Pricing & Taxes, Release strategy , Inbound Processing , Vendor returns and Master Data governance, Must have strong SAP MM configuration skills and a broad understanding of SAP standards and best practices, Key integrations points between MM and other modules, Experience in inbound Transportation management, Understanding of how to enhance standard SAP MM functionalities, Experience in Ware House management would be an added Advantage , Excellent Communication and presentation skills, etc.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Engineering OR MBA (OR Equivalent PG ) in SCM/Operations . Candidates having First Class degree and Certification of SAP in Materials Management will have an added advantage.
12. Cracker Operations 01
Job Details - : The incumbent shall perform all field tasks assigned in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the established operating procedures and written and oral instructions from Field engineer and Panel engineer. Work in the plant in constant communication with the Field engineer and Panel engineer directly and/or by radio in field operations such as making manual adjustments to valves and equipment etc. Collect samples of various streams and delivers them to the laboratory. Start and stop pumps, compressors and other equipment based on the direction of the panel operator. Patrol the plant and ensures that the equipment is operating normally and that no unusual conditions exist. Responsible for preparing equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required. Observe and log the data of local instruments, gauges, and meters .
Qualification
Diploma (Govt recognised 3 years course) in Chemical Engineering/Petrochemical with hands on experience in petrochemicals/Chemicals/Hydrocarbon Industries, etc. for a large organisation of repute. Candidate with First class in the mentioned qualification and pre-commissioning/ commissioning/ start-up, shutdown experience in the above relevant area will be given preference.
