Canbank Factors Limited Recruitment 2021 Fee
∎ DD Rs 250/-
∎ DD is to be drawn favoring "Canbank Factors Ltd" drawn on
Bengaluru.
Contract period
The contract period shall be for one year only and may be renewed for
another year at the sole discretion of the Company.
In case if the Company requires the services of the selected candidate
for further period, the contract may be renewed for further period upto
2 more years with renewals after each year.
Either party may terminate the contract by giving one months’ notice in
Interview
The application for Junior Officers on contract basis will be shortlisted
based on Qualification, experience and suitability and shortlisted
candidates will only be called for interview by call letter and / or e-mail.
Interview will be held at our Registered Office, Bengaluru. Interview
letter/ Mail will be sent only for the short listed candidates.
Salary & emoluments
The remuneration payable to the contracted employees will be on
consolidated basis. The remuneration will be the Starting Basic of the
Junior Officers of regular employees (Presently Rs 19200/-) with
applicable DA at the time of appointment. Further the consolidated
amount shall remain the same throughout the contract period. If the
contract is being renewed, the increase/ enhancement in consolidated
pay will be increased by the increment portion of the regular employees
of the cadre with applicable DA at the time of renewal.
